- Strict enforcement of waste and littering laws
- Enhanced local support for public space maintenance

- Collaboration with neighborhood councils to install 50 enclosed litter bins
- Support for a city-led Kampala Clean Infrastructure Budget
- Joint pilot of biodegradable waste-to-energy unit in partnership with Kampala City Authority
